After Effects of Lahore Moon Market Twin Blasts 7Dec
At Local time GMT+5:00 Approximately 20:50 Date 7 December 2009 Two Bomb Blasts (Twin Blasts) Happened In Moon Market Allama Iqbal town Lahore, Pakistan.It was A suicidal attack.One after one 2 remote control Attacks after little delay. According to Jang news paper Pakistan, 50 people were killed and 150 people injured In that disaster.FIR of this terrorist attack submitted in local police station against unknown terrorists however Police is still investigating about this attack.35 dead bodies given to there relatives 15 are completely burned and unable to identify.Here and there all parts of dead bodies spread Police don't Give permission to go through main point and see what happened So i decided to upload after effets of this attack here.

What to do when you are trapped in a lift??
We never know when and where accidents will happen to us OR people around us.
Read on and hope this piece of information may help any of us when things do happen to ourselves, our friends and our loved ones.
One day, while in a lift, it suddenly broke down and it was falling from level 13 at a fast speed. Fortunately, I remembered watching a TV program that taught you must quickly press all the buttons for all the levels… Finally, the lift stopped at the 5th level.When you are facing life and death situations, whatever decisions or actions you make decides your survival.
If you are caught in a lift breakdown, first thought in mind may be 'waiting to die'...But after reading below, things will definitely be different the next time you are caught in a lift.First - Quickly press all the different levels of buttons in the lift. When the emergency electricity supply is being activated, it will stop the lift from falling further.
Second - Hold on tight to the handle (if there is any). It is to support your position and prevent you from falling or getting hurt when you lost your balance.
Third - Lean your back and head against the wall forming a straight line. Leaning against the wall is to use it as a support for your back/spine as protection.
Fourth - Bend your knees . Ligament is a flexible, connective tissue. Thus, the impact of fractured bones will be minimized during fall.

islamabad university blast
Today In Islamabad at around 5 pm 20-October-2009 A suicidal attack happened One after one (total two) in "International Islamic university Islamabad".two areas of this university where targeted one near cafeteria and other hits Shariat Faculty.
An Islamic university named International Islamic University new campus sector H-11 Islamabad the capital city of Pakistan was attacked
Due to this law and order situation All universities will be closed till 25/10/2009.
October is horrible for Pakistan. At same month 2005 8th of October Pakistan faced major disaster due to earth quake.And today Again a terrible situation happen.
Now this is the time to organize National civilian Defense Orgnization.
We have to train commoners so that we can resist from these type of attacks in right manners. We must achieve First aid training. In order to decrease death ratio of a bomb blast because these attacks usually based on gorilla tactics and planned at a public place.Usually Half an hour needed for emergency rescue squads to come and manage the situation.During this time we can save several lives by first aid.A training may be a good way to minimize problems.

ISLAMABAD: A double suicide bombing at Islamabad’s International Islamic University on Tuesday killed up to seven people, including the two bombers, an administration official said.
‘Seven people, including two suicide bombers are dead, and 29 injured in the two attacks. Among the dead is one female,’ a senior administration official, Rana Akbar Hayat told AFP at the scene of the attack.
Police investigators confirmed that both were suicide attacks.
Speaking at the capital's main hospital, Interior Minister Rehman Malik said there were six dead — two suicide bombers, two men and two women.
The police arrested a suspect from the site of the blast.
The university is located in Islamabad’s sector H-11.
Eyewitnesses told DawnNews that there were between three to four thousand students present at the time of the blasts and that one bomb exploded inside a classroom.
The blasts occurred within a span of one minute at two campuses of the university.
Earlier in the day two bombs were defused at a girls’ school in Peshawar.

ISLAMABAD : At least seven students were killed and 22 others were injured when two blasts ripped through the Islamic University Islamabad on Tuesday, Aaj News reported.

According to initial reports one blast hit the Shariat Faculty and the other occurred near the cafeteria of university. A large number of students and faculty members were present at the time blasts.
Classes were also going on in the campus when the blasts occurred.
Police and rescue squads have immediately arrived on the spot. The injured are being shifting to PIMS hospital for treatment.
It is worth mentioning that many foreigners are studying in the Islamic University.

Windows 7 Drive Encryption (Bit Locker)
It is the thing that you may know with such name that are:
TPM (Trusted Platform Module)
Encryption Chip
Bit Locker

All these are same thing introduced first on windows vista but only in 64 bit edition but windows 7 also provide this thing in 32 bit operating system. By this thing you can LOCK your drive with 128 bit encryption code. Its code cannot be open and if you lost it you cannot use your data. But the main thing here is that if you lose your code that means you have loosen your data but you can format your drive to use it again. One thing more that you need to know about your bit locker that whenever you encrypt your drive the system will make a recovery key for you that’s why you can use it when you lose your code or the password. You can save that recovery key in any USB divice.Or you can also save it in any folder it will be better to make more than one copy of key and upload your one key in your online hard drive or the sky drive or etc, and save other in USB and place it in a safe place.
You can also make your USB devices or any external HD encrypted. One thing more that if you will encrypt your system drive you must have to make the recovery of code or password in a USB divice because when you turn on your computer you have to put that USB device as a key of your computer or the laptop.But for this thing there must be the TPM chip installed in your machine.it is not the software it is a hardware divice.You can use this system on the other drive rather than the system drive if your machine don’t have TPM chip, and you can also encrypt your external HD and USB’s.

Evening at 9 - 11pm:
is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. 1. No Breakfast

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."
